Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, the user accepts that the personal data provided at the time of their booking will be incorporated into a file owned by Mareny Sol S.L.U., hereinafter **the company**, with B03944402 and registered office at C/Gambo, 2 03503 Benidorm, for the management of the booking system, the processing of their request, the control and management of the relationship with the website users who process bookings, as well as for conducting statistical studies of the users registered on the aforementioned website to allow for improvements in the services provided. All fields in the forms marked as compulsory must be completed for the correct processing of your requests. The personal data you provide will only be communicated to third parties in compliance with legal obligations or with your prior consent. The user expressly consents that the bank details provided may be used to cover potential penalties for cancellations or no-shows set out in the fare conditions. The processing of your bookings necessarily involves the aforementioned processing, so the process cannot be carried out in case of opposition to it. You may, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition as indicated below.
Accuracy of Data
The user shall be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided, reserving the company the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to other actions that may be appropriate in Law. Likewise, the user must be duly authorised to provide data of third parties. Only if they have the consent of the future hotel guests, may the user consign their names and surnames in the Room Distribution section. Such information, which will allow the chosen Hotel to provide a better service to its guests, is optional, so its consignment by the user implies, under their exclusive responsibility, the assumption of the duty to inform them of the content of our Privacy Policy prior to offering the personal information.
Data Processing during Browsing
In accordance with the obligation provided in art. 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce, you are informed that the company uses cookies. A cookie is a piece of text information that websites transfer to the hard drive of the equipment that connects to them. We use session cookies to identify the user and maintain their identification status. Session cookies are automatically deleted from the hard drive when the session ends. We also use cookies to collect anonymous and aggregate statistics that allow us to analyse how users use our website, in order to improve it. Only the following information about our website visitors is obtained and retained:
- The domain name of the provider (PSI) and/or IP address that gives them access to the network. For example, a user from provider xxx will only be identified with the domain xxx.es and/or the IP address. In this way we can compile statistics on the countries and servers that most often visit our website.
- The date and time of access to our website. This allows us to find out the times of greatest influx, and to make the necessary adjustments to avoid saturation problems during our peak hours.
- The internet address from which the link that directs to our website originated. Thanks to this data, we can know the effectiveness of the different banners and links that point to our server, in order to promote those that offer better results.
- The number of daily visitors to each section. This allows us to know the most successful areas and to increase and improve their content, in order for users to obtain a more satisfactory result.
It will allow us to obtain the following information:
- The date and time of the last time the user visited our website.
- The content design the user chose on their visit to our website.
- Security elements involved in controlling access to restricted areas.
Although the information obtained is, in principle, completely anonymous, in accordance with Report 327/2003 of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, users are informed that the aforementioned data will be incorporated into a personal data file of the company for the purposes detailed above, and the user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition as indicated below.
We also use the Google Adwords remarketing tool. This tool allows ads to be published on the Google Adwords Content Network (more details on the Google content network here: https://support.google.com/ adwords/ answer/ 2404190), based on previous visits of users to our Website. For this, some of the pages on our website include a code called a “remarketing tag”. These tags allow reading and setting the cookies of your browser in order to determine the specific type of advertisement that will be shown to the user, based on elements related to their visit to our website, such as, for example, the chosen navigation circuit, the specific pages visited or the actions that have been carried out on them. The remarketing lists thus created are saved in a database on Google’s servers, where all the cookie IDs associated with each list or interest category are stored. The information obtained only allows identification of a specific browser, and Google cannot identify the specific user solely with this information (more information about the Remarketing tool at the following link: https://www.google.es/adwords)
Regarding the company, this information can only be associated with a specific user if that user is identified on the website, for example, by having completed a booking process. In this case, the data thus obtained will be communicated to the company for commercial prospecting purposes and for segmenting website users to design commercial campaigns according to the interests shown during browsing, with the data being incorporated into a file of the aforementioned entity for the purposes indicated. To oppose the aforementioned processing and communication, the user has the possibility of disabling cookies, as indicated below:
The user has the option not to receive cookies or to be informed about their setting by configuring their browser for this purpose. However, if cookies are disabled, you may not be able to use all the functionalities of the website. Regarding remarketing cookies, the user can disable the use of Google cookies by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page. You can also disable DoubleClick cookies by visiting the DoubleClick opt-out page (in English). To disable the use of third-party cookies, users can also visit the opt-out page of the NAI (Network Advertising Initiative) advertising initiative (in English).
At any time, the user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition as indicated below.

Hotel Responsibility
Access to the page does not, in any case, imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company. The portal only provides information about vacant hotel rooms at the time of requesting the aforementioned information, so if you make the online booking, you are contracting directly with the hotel and not with the portal. The printed version of the booking made serves as a locator when you arrive at the hotel.
The booking of hotel nights on this website implies the adherence and acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions set out here.
By accepting the following clauses, you declare and accept:
- To be of legal age and have full capacity to make the booking, stating that you understand and comprehend all of the conditions found on the website.
- That the data supplied when making the online booking are true, complete and concise.
- Only those pages that appear within the website map are included on the website.
- That access to this website is the responsibility of the user.
- That once the booking has been made, the electronic document in which it was formalised will be filed, and you will be able to access it at any time.
- That you confirm the booking made, i.e., the indicated dates, the number of rooms, the number of people and the chosen Hotel.
- The conditions and price of the booking made are those expressly determined in the fare conditions explicitly included on the page where you make the booking.
- Regarding the relationship with the portal, it gives you the possibility of booking rooms at the chosen hotel through its website, but it does not offer any type of hotel service under its responsibility.
- That your card details are collected for the purpose of guaranteeing the booking. The payment for it will be made in cash at the chosen Hotel and only in the case of cancellations or no-shows, the booking will be cancelled and the charge set out in the fare conditions will be made.
- Offers will only be valid during the time they remain accessible to the recipients of the service.
Prices
The prices indicated are Retail Prices, I.V.A. (VAT) included.
- The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and board selected, with the exception of hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.
- The price does not include: Any service not specified in addition to extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc…
- Check-in and check-out time: As a general rule and unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, rooms may be used from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 p.m. on the day of departure.
Passports and Visas
All travellers, without exception (including children), must carry their corresponding personal and family documentation in order, whether a passport or D.N.I., according to current legislation. The obtaining of visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., will be at their own expense when the trips so require. Children from 14 years old must carry a written permission signed by their parents or tutors, in prevision that the same could be requested by any authority. Should the granting of visas be refused by any authority, for particular reasons of the user, or their entry into the country be denied due to lack of the required requirements, or due to a defect in the required documentation, or for not carrying it, the hotel declines all responsibility for facts of this nature, with any expense incurred being borne by the consumer, and the conditions and rules established for the case of no-show being applied in these circumstances.
