1. ACT ON INFORMATION SOCIETY SERVICES AND ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

In compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), the following General Information is provided:

That the domain https://www.marenysol.com, hereinafter the **Website**, is registered in the name of **MARENYSOL S.L.U.**, with registered office at C/ Gambo, 2, 03503 – Benidorm (Alicante), registered in the Commercial Registry (details pending completion: Volume, Section, Folio, Sheet, Entry), provided with Tax ID (CIF) B03944402, hereinafter **THE OWNER**.

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. **MARENYSOL S.L.U.** and the **user**, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the **Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile** for any issue arising from the provision of the Website service and its services and content, and on the interpretation, application, compliance, or breach of what is established herein.

In the event that the **user** is domiciled outside of Spain, both parties expressly submit to the **jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Benidorm (Alicante), Spain**.

3. UNSUBSCRIBE FROM COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

In accordance with the Information Society Services Law 34/2002, the user is guaranteed the possibility of stopping the receipt of commercial information within a maximum period of one month from communicating their wish by email addressed to administracion3@marenysol.es
