How can I make a reservation at Mareny Sol Hotels?

You can book your vacation at any of our hotels through our website Marenysol.com, by calling our sales center at phone 966800902 or by contacting each of our hotels directly (you can find the phone number of each hotel on our website)

In order to access your room, the check-in time established by law is at 16:00. If you expect to arrive after 18:00, you can contact the hotel directly (the phone number is included in the reservation).

If you are going to arrive early, please let us know and we will try to have your room ready no later than 14:00.

The check out time at hotels is at 12:00 p.m. If you want to stay later, please speak with our reception the day before your departure and they will provide you with prices and options.

If you arrive early, you can ask for the key to the trunk. If you have full board and want to eat on the day of arrival, you can check in and go eat before your room is ready. In this case, on the day of departure you would leave with breakfast. If you want to eat on the day of departure, you can leave your luggage in the trunk and stay later using the hotel facilities. Keep in mind that if you have all inclusive, this service ends at 12:00 on the day of departure (HOTEL AVENIDA SOLO EL TI).

A child is considered up to 12 years old, after that age we consider them as an adult.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel premises, including rooms, common areas, restaurants. Smoking is also not allowed on the terraces or balconies of the rooms, as the smoke can enter neighboring rooms and affect the experience of other guests.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have established a no smoking policy throughout the hotel. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, and any other tobacco-related devices. There are no designated smoking areas within the hotel.

There are no water heaters, tea pots, or coffee makers in the rooms of our hotels except for the Comfort suites at Hotel Avenida, which have a coffee maker and Nescafé capsules.

At Hotel Avenida there is a free empty minibar in the room, if you want to fill it up, call reception and they will give you prices and conditions. At Hotel Mareny Benidorm the minibar is for rent.

All our establishments have a paid safe in the rooms. If you book directly with us and join our Mareny club, your safe is free of charge.

Every person over 14 years old must bring a valid physical identification card or passport in order to check in.

The payment for your room is made upon arrival, if you want to pay before please contact us by email reservas@marenysol.es or 966800902 and we will send you a pay gold to make the payment. Please note that you cannot pay more than 1.000€ in cash in Spain.

Our hotels have two beds in each room and an extra bed is provided for the third and fourth person. We also have a free crib, but it counts as one person in the room.
